Quicken Loans, was proud to be a sponsor of the Detroit Zoo’s annual fundraising gala, Sunset at the Zoo.  More than 2,000 zoo supporters attended the soiree, which was themed “King of the Jungle” in honor of their latest renovation project which will soon be underway. 

The “wildest evening of the summer” is a 21-and-over, rain-or-shine event featuring a strolling dinner hosted by 40 local restaurants, zoo-themed martinis, entertainment, live and silent auctions and access to the zoo’s animal habitats as the sun goes down.   Quicken Loans was the “flamingo” silent auction sponsor where several exciting prizes were available to bid on. 

Supporting the Detroit Zoo is just another way Quicken Loans is making a difference in our community.  All of the funds raised will go to the upcoming makeover of the lion habitat, which is sure to be a big “roar” when it’s completed.
