The goal of the education and employment team is to strengthen pathways to employment and economic self-sufficiency through quality and equitable education and job training opportunities.
The goal of the entrepreneurship team is to elevate Detroit as a destination for small businesses and high growth startups by deploying capital and supportive resources.
Quicken Loans Community Fund became the anchor employer for Urban Alliance when the national youth development nonprofit came to Detroit in 2018.
Small business owners can now navigate the City of Detroit’s permitting process more easily thanks to a series of BSEED improvements supported by the Quicken Loans Community Fund.
