Entrepreneurship

We believe small business is the backbone of the local economy and that if our small business ecosystem thrives, the community as a whole thrives. That’s why we’re focused on helping entrepreneurs in Detroit start, grow, and scale their business ideas through events like Quicken Loans Detroit Demo Day – an annual, summer competition that infuses $1M into existing Detroit businesses from any industry.

We are also intentionally developing a Detroit-based procurement strategy within our family of companies because we know that more dollars spent within city limits allow local businesses to grow faster and create jobs.
