Housing Stability

The Housing Stability team strives to develop a resilient Detroit housing market that is accessible, builds wealth for residents, and meets the needs of neighborhoods. We invest in tax foreclosure prevention and reform, and to improve the physical conditions of the Detroit housing stock.

The recovery of Detroit’s neighborhoods begins in the home. Addressing problems and taking advantage of opportunities is far more difficult without a safe and stable home.
